fix(base-D1/D2): lockfile 再生同步 plyr 清理 + configurable/index.vue 补最后一个定时器句柄赋值

- D1: QA 实测 pnpm install 再生的 lockfile（plyr 清零），避免 CI frozen-lockfile 失败
- D2: 首页 60s 轮询补 interval 赋值——与批次1同模式的最后遗漏（QA A3 复核发现）
